I've decided on my streak qualifications (and I've done them since day 1):
- log food (I've been doing this consistently, so it's not a real issue
- 10 minutes minimum of daily fitness (cardio days I shoot for 20-30, but it's not mandatory)
I have daily goals to drink 8 glasses of water (hardly ever make it), stay within my calorie range (usually do it) and eat 5 servings freggies (sometimes do it) but these are not my streak focus.
I'm also putting a time stamp on my streak - 12 weeks. That takes me through spring into the start of summer. It's a lofty goal for me, but it could do a few things for me. 1) bring my goal weight within my sights 2) build confidence that I can sustain this lifestyle and 3) make exercise a habit.
