Well, Tuesday was better than this weekend. I still went over my calories. My range is 1270-1620 so if I go over and I'm still around 2000 I try not to get to upset with myself. 2000 is kind of a maintaining range for me so if I'm over but around that I still feel like I didn't sabotage myself.

Anyway, yesterday was a pretty good day. (Got all my water in). Work went by pretty quickly, I went home and talked to Dan for a while, we did our Bible study and then I had dinner. After dinner I played card games with my brother and sister. We played a game called 7 and then one called Just Right. It was a lot of fun. I realized that I need to make that kind of stuff a priority since in 38 days I'll be moving 2 hours away from them.

I also made some good progress on cleaning out my closets. I'm working on getting rid of stuff I don't need before I move.

Here's my food journal for Tuesday.

Breakfast: Cherry donut holes and water
Lunch: Mac & Cheese
Snacks: Cheeze its and cinnamon graham crackers
Dinner: Potato soup, crackers, a dinner roll, and orange juice
Dessert: Cake

Estimated calories: 2134 Not in range but still not bad

Today should be a great day. Already exercised this morning and I'm feeling good! emoticon

I tend to feel the same way about my calorie range. I know ultimately that it will slow my progress down but a long as it doesn't move the scale in the wrong direction I'm ok. I looked up what my estimated BMR is and as long as I'm below it I consider the day a win. Of course I prefer to be in range but on some days it's just not realistic for me.

On average do you get more fruits and veggies than you listed on this page? They can help fill you up for low calories and plus they are good for our health!
