Well, Tuesday was better than this weekend. I still went over my calories. My range is 1270-1620 so if I go over and I'm still around 2000 I try not to get to upset with myself. 2000 is kind of a maintaining range for me so if I'm over but around that I still feel like I didn't sabotage myself.
Anyway, yesterday was a pretty good day. (Got all my water in). Work went by pretty quickly, I went home and talked to Dan for a while, we did our Bible study and then I had dinner. After dinner I played card games with my brother and sister. We played a game called 7 and then one called Just Right. It was a lot of fun. I realized that I need to make that kind of stuff a priority since in 38 days I'll be moving 2 hours away from them.
I also made some good progress on cleaning out my closets. I'm working on getting rid of stuff I don't need before I move.
Here's my food journal for Tuesday.
Breakfast: Cherry donut holes and water
Lunch: Mac & Cheese
Snacks: Cheeze its and cinnamon graham crackers
Dinner: Potato soup, crackers, a dinner roll, and orange juice
Estimated calories: 2134 Not in range but still not bad
Today should be a great day. Already exercised this morning and I'm feeling good!
