I worked hard to loss weight. Then I see people eating and want to eat or I smell food cooking. It is so difficult for me not to join in with people and eat foods I have ban in my diet. I feel like I have less. I feel hungry when my son is cooking and I have to remind myself that I already ate. I drink water or have plain tea. What do you do at these times?
