Body by Vi challenge day #2

4/2/13 I am starving!

not sure whats going on, I am doing the same thing I did for day 1. I am about to eat the kitchen thats how hungry I am. I went to bed because I knew if I stayed up I would attack that kitchen. (but having a baby makes it hard to sleep even if you tried)

Having diabetes, I need to make sure I am eating all the time, doing this body by vi challenge only works if you buy the shakes, and snacks. I could hardly afford to do this one, I need to have a before bed snack as I have learned that my liver is dumping sugars into my body since my pancreas isn't doing its job all that well. This is why my fasting numbers are huge.

fasting blood sugar was 248 then an hour ofter the shake 282
282 at lunch and then 250 after.

also weighed myself today and I lost 1.8 pounds, so even though I am starving, hey I lost weight :)

I will figure out what snacks I can have during this. I don't want to hurt myself doing this diet.

Had a chocolate shake for breakfast, ham pie (without the ham) green beans, 1/2 a cup of baked ziti,and some turkey for protein for lunch. Then a strawberry, and banana shake for dinner. Like I said I am soooooo very hungry! We will see what I can come up with, and see how I can tweak this to work for me.

Tomorrow 4/3/13 is day #3, so more blood sugar levels and maybe a weigh in. not sure yet. See you then

    Eat oatmeal with fruit as it will fill you up and keep you full for awhile.
