The Blood Sugar Solution 2

Wednesday, April 03, 2013

"We can't change our genes, but we can change their function and expression by making changes to our environment, diet, toxins, stresses, social connections, thoughts and beliefs by which genes are turned off and on."
Diabetes is a condition that is the direct outcome of dietary, lifestyle and environmental factors.

Here are two websites that are helpful:

I am not too familiar with Dr. Hyman, so I am going to check him out!

Isn't he incredible! I just love Dr. Hyman's information. Honestly, it made me flip that switch from depressed about the diagnosis to realizing I DO have control over so many things that can have an incredibly positive affect on my health. AND my family's as well (esp. since I am chief cook and bottle washer -- well, the days of bottle washing are long gone, but you know! emoticon )

Keep on detoxing, desugaring, and depolluting!

HUGS
