We're all going to have some good days & some bad days. That's when it's important to focus on your big WHY (why you want to reach your goal). If you don't have a big WHY, find one today! Don't wait. It's very important for your success. Your big WHY is your light at the end of the tunnel that you want to work towards every day, choice by choice, step by step, workout by workout.
This body is the only one we have & I feel bad that I didn't take better care of it before now. No time to beat myself up though. It's time to learn from my mistakes & move forward to a healthier & better lifestyle.
Try not to look at the big, big picture of how much weight you need to lose or how much training you need to do for your race, etc. Just work your plan in small chunks. That way it isn't so overwhelming. Set those smaller goals along the way toward your big goal to help you get there.
You & I CAN do this -- together!!
