Special Note: I finished the 5K My Way today! I walked 3.3 miles in 58.5 minutes! Whoo Hoo
Also I measured today! I was kind of avoiding this because the scale was up, but guess what?!?!
Waist down 4.5” (wow!)
Hips down 2” (yippee!)
Thighs down 0.5” (amazing!)
Arms actually stayed the same.
I am doing great! Whoo Hoo! Yippee-Ky-Yah!
