Been awhile

Since I last posted here. Just spent the past two weeks eating horribly! I was just so sick of dieting I had to take a break! My grande finale was a Whopper with cheese and bacon, french fries and a REAL (not diet) Coke last night.

Today I am back on track and it feels great!! Probably gained a few pounds but I think I just needed to get that out of my system. I would like to say I had made a lifestyle change, and maybe if I kept going as I was I would have evened out after the initial food fest....But alas, I found myself doing a lot of behaviors I had before and I feel I will have to closely monitor my food intake for the rest of my life.

    I had wondered about that because I seemed to be insatiable and now I'm back to being hungry but more in control about it.

    Plus they put stuff in the fast foods to make it addictive to the person too. So you might want to detox from them and then stay away from them or those stuff that they put in it will get a hold of you again.
