I walk/jog 10 miles. Went to the track with Amber & Natasha. SP ball arm workout completed also SP lower back ball exercise.

Managed to eat within my nutritional tracker ranges.

I'm tired today so plan to get to bed early.

    You are right on track (literally)! Congrats on your consistency, perfect attendance and keeping up with your fitness routine. That's so inspiring. It helps to see other people can do this. It's motivation for days when I'm ready to throw in the towel.
