Day 25 Juicing

Tuesday, April 02, 2013

Scale moved down 1 lb! for a total of 21 lb.
So pushing the waters and juices helped a lot.

Today I was running around with work. Stopped by at the office ( I work from home) and people who hadn't seen me in the 25 days couldn't stop telling me how glowing I looked, how good I looked, how clear my skin is and kept on asking: how much did you say you lost in 24 days??? 2 coworker will be doing a modified juice detox! Wooohooooooo!

Tomorrow I have breast ultrasound. In August they found a cyst, and when I got the second one a month and a half ago the cyst had stayed the same. Drs say its benign but they want to see for sure what it is. So tomorrow will be goal number 4. To see if my juicing and giving nutrients and love to myself, made this get smaller or disappear. Not even sure if 25 days is long enough to see any change in such a situation. But I figured if it can help with the PCOS, why not this?
Keeping my fingers crossed.

I am hoping juicing will help my boobs also. My MD thinks her supplements will improve them, but I want results asap. emoticon

Thank you so much Madly! I won't lie, I didn't think this would work this well either. PCOS has been a big pain in my life since I was in second grade. I am beyond ecstatic that this is working! The ultrasound went well. I will write about it in today's blog.
    Lots of hugs

I'm off to catch up on the rest of your progress blogs I've missed this week... I know PCOS is a royal pain in the arse. Sounds like you have found your fix! Great work, great dedication!

Everything you're doing now is probably going to help that secondary situation you find yourself in. Fingers crossed for you...
