Gym Daze

I overdid it a bit at the gym today. My two hour workout left my hip pretty sore. I guess that just because I want the arthritis to go away won't actually scare it off. But, so much better than it has been at other times. I may be limping a bit this evening, but it was soooo worth it! I wonder what tomorrow will bring? Hope it is all good stuff for you!

    Take care of that hip, it will likely be sore tomorrow too so give it a rest from whatever you did today. And then start more gently on that exercise. If you did 20 reps try 10 and gentle movement. Arthritis is a painful reminder to be kind to your body. If you have a heating pad or a rice bag try some heat on it to soothe it. Feel better soon!

  if i where you i would be sore tomorrow that i could not move . i hope that you are in good shape . over working your body does not really help .

    take it easy. listen to your body. you might need to rest tomorrow. don't over do it
