Uggh! I'm so happy I found SparkPeople and started taking healthy steps to change my life, but man!!! This is hard! Since I've started almost a week ago I haven't stayed within my calorie range. However, I have set aside almost an hour a day for exercising. I'm a bit surprised though because usually I can't find the motivation to workout. I'm proud of myself in that respect. I think my drive for working out has been my stress level recently. I've had to deal with a lot at work and I've found that exercising really takes the edge off a bit. Especially yoga. When I'm finished I feel energized and proud that I actually pushed through. Also it takes my mind off things for a while.
