Well I haven't been online much these days and a lot has happened so I thought I would share with you all what's been going on! Well to start off with the 9 1/2 ponds I lost in a month and a half! Plus I went down to a smaller jeans size!!!
I completed the placement tests that were needed for the college I will be attending in the summer if all goes according to plan. I really out did my scores!!!! I got a 87 in writing and was referred to take WR115~Intro to Composition Career/Tech Majors: Enroll in COM 051 per program Business Tech Majors: Enroll in BT104. In reading I got a score of 83 and was referred to enroll in RD115~Academic Thinking and Reading, which is accelerated reading... In math I was really surprised!!! I thought for sure I would get basic math but I ended up getting MTH060~Intro to Algebra!!! I still need to meet with an adviser but that won't be until May. So for now I have done everything required of me, so now I am waiting on if I qualify for financial aid.... It's all in God's hands!!!!
The Lord has provided everything that we have needed! PGE needed to be paid and he brought someone along to purchase $50 of handmade jewelry that I love making! My PGE bill was $48.72!!! My church helped out with rent and some women from the church have given me money to help with our needs! With that money I was able to buy necessities for my son and I!!!! Rent is paid for this month as well! Also someone paid my way to go to Women's Retreat in May & I have someone who is willing to watch my son while I'm gone!!!! I have such a great support system, thanks to the Lord for bringing me to my church!!!!
Easter was a tough day... I missed my dad who passed away 2 years ago and I missed my husband... It was just my son and I for Easter... It was a beautiful Easter service at church, the singing was out of this world! It was like the angels of heaven were singing with us & you could just feel the presence of God's Holy Spirit!!!
Yesterday my son and I hung out with my mom his grandma. She took us out to lunch, to the Dollar Store, and to Walmart! It was a good time of fun and fellowship! As far as workouts are concerned I have been consistent all month long. Looking forward to another month of consistency!!!!
Well I think I did a good job of updating you all about what's going on in my life right now! So have a blessed day and stay tuned for more blogs.....
