    That's the first article I've read that talked about a minimum amount of sodium. My breakfast of oatmeal, ground flax seed, brown sugar, and milk contains only 109mg of sodium. When I start my day off that way, it gives me a lot of room for the rest of the day's foods to have more sodium.
