Have I said how much I love yoga lately? I really do love it! I love the way it feels as if I am lengthening my body. I love the way it makes me feel so flexible. I just love the way it brings balance to my body. With that, I got in 30 minutes of yoga this evening. I still haven't quite mastered the Tree Pose just yet, but I think I've finally gotten the Warrior poses down pat.
I feel great!
