Forget the pain you will cause yourself by overeating···do something worthwhile that's painful··· Pluck Your Eyebrows. I tried this the other night. It worked quite nicely. Got up to eat something totally useless that would only make me feel fatter, not a positive feeling, and plucked my eyebrows instead. Now, I hadn't plucked mine for quite awhile so it got me through most of the evening. And I felt much better in the morning, in fact I may have lost 1/2 lb.
Why haven't I heard about this strategy before?
