Well I had my first workout. Should have done that yesterday, but oh well. At least I'm getting some exercising in. Starting out slow, since I haven't exercised in years. So 15 minutes for now then working my way up. I'm using Leslie Sansone's walk away the pounds, it's for 5 days with different exercises. I'll just be sticking with the first one for now.

Sunday is going to be an off day for me, of course that doesn't mean I can go nuts. Just have to watch what I eat. Not doing any weights yet, I'm hoping to at the end of the month. My arms are heavy enough for me. emoticon And that's it for now. See ya around sometime.
