Well I had my first workout. Should have done that yesterday, but oh well. At least I'm getting some exercising in. Starting out slow, since I haven't exercised in years. So 15 minutes for now then working my way up. I'm using Leslie Sansone's walk away the pounds, it's for 5 days with different exercises. I'll just be sticking with the first one for now.
Sunday is going to be an off day for me, of course that doesn't mean I can go nuts. Just have to watch what I eat. Not doing any weights yet, I'm hoping to at the end of the month. My arms are heavy enough for me.
