So I'm back on the Aspire & Inspire team monthly challenge. I've missed it the last 2 months becuz hubby was home on leave. He leaves tomorrow afternoon back to Afghanistan
. So by Wednesday I should be bak to being more active, on ALL my teams!
Anyway, one of the challenges for the month on the A & I team was to Blog about my goals for the month.
tomorrow I'll be getting on the scale and finding out the extent of the damage. I don't expect it to be too terribly bad--my pants still fit
without having to drag out the 8s.
But I do know there will need to be some damage control to be done!
1) I need to get back on track with my workouts. These past 2 weeks they have been sporadic, at best. So Thursday mrng I'll get back to it--I'm not even going to pretend I'll be doing anything tomorrow. Glen & I have just a few hours left together tomorrow.
a) starting Thursday A.M.-- 4 days of 40 minutes
& 3 days of 30 minutes
. I'm also thinking of doing, maybe, 1 day of Pilates somewhere along the line.
2) my eating has been OK but I will need to do a couple of weeks of Phase 1 of South Beach. Just to get back on track and get 'the munchies' under control.
3) get the house back under control. It's a mess! And tomorrow some guys, contractors, are coming in to put my shower in. I hope it will be done tomorrow afternoon but I'm not going to delude myself there, either
