I ended march on a high note, walking a 10K on Saturday. Easter Sunday, and the family buffet blew my calories. I thought I would start April off right. It was the last weigh for work's biggest loser, and while I was done from January by 6 lbs, and I moved my BMI two points, I was 4 pounds up from home last week. I blame Easter, change of scale and oh ya, TOM. I have TOM munchies, TOM cramps and a generally pissy mood yesterday. My sleep schedule is off, I had to nap until 2am, then take Bailey to the airport so I took today off from work. I have canned my chicken broth, planned dinner, and have a nice work out planned. I have rescued the day and the month.
April's Goals. I am going to wake up each day at 4:19, Test my sugars, weigh, and Spark till 5:30. Then I am going to make a nice breakfast for the kids, and take Bailey to school. Work by 7. Committing to spark time in the morning will enable me to have gym time after work. I joined the april challenge, but I don't twitter so can participate through facebook. I want to lose weight this month, and be at 280 by May 6. I am not sure I can do it, it's a lot of weight, but I knew if I stick to my calorie range and stop eating at night. I will make progress. First step- throwing away the leftover Easter cake instead of eating it.
