I want a fancy camera... not to become a photographer but just to snap pictures of this beauftil weather, plants, trees... NATURE. I can't get over how beautiful everything is in the spring time. Even in the "desert".
I totally screwed up on food. Honestly I am paying for it. I know that going gluten/soy/peanut free is best for me and my body is hating me right now for having all 3 the past 3 days. Today has been free and clear and I am sick as a dog. Big lesson for me. Tomorrow will be a tough food day. We are going to the Diamondbacks game and I love nachos...LOVE LOVE LOVE nachos. Before the game they want to go to this BBQ joint that I love to death. I will have to get no bun and only meat. Which will be hard seeing that they have the best mac in cheese next to my Momma's.
I have a lot of planting to do so I am going to get back to those goals that help me oh so much!
Did I make healthy food choices? Yesterday no.. today YES!
Was I physically active? 1 hour of disc golfing/walking yesterday with leg workouts, today leg workouts and a 30 minute interval run. I am going back later to either walk or bike for an hour. I should take a walk outside. That is part of the challenge. :)
Did I feel/act motivated? Heck ya!!!!!
Did I stick to the program? 100% today and only 50% the other days. I will stay on track!!!!!
You can ignore the totals at the bottom of this. I am trying to keep them somewhere so when Friday rolls around I am not struggeling to get my points added up in a nice neat order. So having them down there every day will be helpful. And keep me on track for hitting the goal numbers.
