:-( I feel for you. Yeah one time recently I had a really bad cold that wiped me out. My back muscles ached, was lightheaded, and couldn't really get out of bed just rested/slept for 3 or 4 days. I was starting to think I had the flu so I got tested for it but nope.. just a really bad cold. It lasted almost 2 weeks so hang in there it will go away :-)
I can't tell if you are already doing the low calorie G2 gatorade from the shot in the video but my doctor recommends skipping that and using Vitamin Water (the Zero kind for low sugar) or also using Coconut Water (the original, unflavored kind). Both Vitamin Water and Coconut Water have electrolytes in them (and to me taste better lol).
Actually, I switched entirely to Coconut Water for electrolyte replenishing after a workout or the unfortunate sickness episode in the bathroom lol and I find it works well. I love Vitamin Water and will drink it on rare occasion when eating out but I switched to Coconut Water because it's more natural/less processed :-) 1692 days ago
