April snuck up me.
I remember the last time I did the weight loss "thang", I used to set goals for each month. It worked well.
So let's visit what *didn't* work in March.
tracking *anything* daily
I'm usually up at 5am, and gone by 7am, home for a bit of lunch, and then I'm not home again until 9pm. This is simply *not* the year for me to try to run any of my extra curiculars on a schedule.
So...my goals for april will be more loosy goosy. I *will*
Drink 8 glasses of water each day
Make sure I eat as well as I can
Get exercise in when I can
Respect the fact that being in school for 5 hours a day, and working 6 more hours after school is pretty darn busy, and I shouldn't feel guilty about missing workout days.
Ummmmm...yeah. let's see how that works out. So for I've been averaging 1 pound a week. I could probably lose faster if I was more dedicated, but that's about the best I can do for now. :)
