Usually on the front range in Colorado we go from winter to summer and from summer to winter, there's little or no spring or fall. That's changed over the past two years. Last autumn was long with several flash backs to summer and now spring keeps breaking through while winter tries to keep it's hold on us. Actually, we've had beautiful warm weather interspersed between cold spells for months. The weather was so nice two days ago that I planted seeds and bulbs in the pots on my patio. I did cover the pots with plastic wrap, but I hoping the seeds don't sprout and freeze because the weather can't make up it's mind. I need to make up an exercise schedule so I don't waste time deciding what to do each day. I used to do upper body strength training one day and lower body the next while listening to a book. I'll go back to that but maybe alternate between dumb bells and bands. I need to find another aerobic DVD that's within my abilities so I can vary my cardio workout, too. I'm checking out what the library has.
