C25K - Week 1 Day 2

It's not going to be a surprise for anyone: jogging with a jogging stroller is HARD! Especially when you're a beginner. But I did it, today, I did the whole Week 1 Day 2 program. It was a bit cold out, but I went anyways. I'm so proud! But my arms are going to be sore tomorrow!

I've tried the C25K program a couple of times in the past but I don't think I've ever gone past week 2, maybe 3. I feel so different now though, especially since I have that race to think about in September. I'm very motivated!
