April Goals (The condensed version)

Walk 5 miles in the morning

While Sparking from computer I will stand and move instead of sitting

Strength train at least 4 days out of the week

Drink 8 glasses of water daily

Eat 5 servings of fruit/veggies daily

Track nutrition/fitness daily

Make sure my little one gets 60 minutes of outdoor activity daily (weather permitting. It can get quite hot in the desert)

Be happy
