I have a couple of gym outfits. Actually, shorts and sports bra's. I've never been comfortable wearing them. I think that's my goal. To be comfortable wearing them.
But coming up with a way to say, "yes, I'm there" has been hard. I think I have a solution though. When I can see the bottom of my rib cage, and my hip bones, I will be okay to wear them. I will likely always have a slight "pouch" on my tummy, but I've had two kids and my uterus is inverted - it curves out not in. But if I can see those two markers, and the "line" from just under my chest to the top of the shorts band is fairly straight (meaining fairly flat), I'll be good to go.
So that's my goal. When do I want to reach it? I want to do those boudoir photos this fall for my hubby, so why not by then? That gives me 6 full months - I'm thinking of booking the photos in October.
Saying this all outloud is kind of scary. It's admiting what I want to reach, and when.
Time for me to take before pics and measurement and post them. Might as well go all in now.
