I've had a good weekend nutrition and fitness wise. Actually, I went over on my calories in most days this weekend, but asside from giving into some cravings, I did really well.
I did go running 3 out of 4 days this weekend. The fourth was the day of the auction - up early and on the road. By the time we were home, I was exhausted and fell asleep early. Actually slept all night that night.
So I don't feel too bad about that.
So today's decision - running or the gym. Well, running doesn't cost me a thing. I don't even have to go anywhere to do it. Just go. Gym - I don't have a current membership. It only costs $50, but I don't think I even have that much left in my account anymore. Good thing payday is Friday.
So regardless, I am going to get my fitness in. I've also got some thoughts on the things to track for my progress. The scale and I are in a kind of hate hate relationship, so I want to stay away from it. I have been thinking of other measures. Measurements take forever to see, but I will begin to use them a bit. I have no idea what my goal measurements should be - I know gaining muscle in some areas will increase the measurement. Or at least it won't really change.

So for today, I don't really have to kick my own butt. I'm ready to go. As soon as I'm off work. Home to change and out running.
