Twelve minutes of reps with the weight watcher hand weights while waiting for internet to get restored. My shoulders and arms are like jelly now. Feels good to get that workout done.
Also even though we lost out on the house in Indiana we wanted, I have now gotten 5 boxes of stuff of my own boxed and ready to move. I did it all by myself also.
I even managed to box up my mother's piggy bank collection. Also all by myself.
Yesterday I walked in the Cincinnati reds opening day parade and even though the day for the team was not the best I managed to get in three activity points.
Feels good to finally be getting stuff done.
Now to make lunch and watch Jillian Michaela on Katie Couric's show today. Show starts at 3pm on ABC.
On a side note I need the points plus calculations for the simply grilled chicken salad from Red Robin...I had that for dinner after the parade last night.
The nutritional info is this...
200 calories/3 grams fat/12 carbs/6 grams fiber/33 grams protein
It does not seem to me like it should be 5 points plus on e-tools.
