Well I am getting sick which isn't going to help with the exercising. My xbox is broken so no Kinect anytime soon, hopefully it will be fixed Friday. I am feeling really bad today congested, runny and stuffy nose, I don't think my nose knows (hahahaha) what it wants to do. I am really sleepy since I am not feeling well, just trying to hold my head up and school. I did get my lapband filled Thursday and I can already tell I have restriction. I eat 1/2 cup cottage cheese and I am full for 3 or 4 hours. Maybe now the weight will come off somewhat. I had a frosty :( at lunch, but that's pretty much the type of food I can have, something purred. Well I am cutting this short since I am about to fall asleep, bye y'all

    Well relax and get well. Allow your body to heal & then get back into the workout. Walking doesn't require an xbox or a kinect and is the best & cheapest fitness tool HANDS emoticon !
