After a "not so good" week...

Well the first week went pretty well. I lost 3 pounds and was super motivated! Las week wasn't so good. It started out with stress and drama and then got super busy and quite hectic! So I started this week ready to get back into the swing of things but I was/am quite discouraged! Yesterday I did make it back to working out and today I started tracking my food intake again but still not feeling very motivated. :/ I know once I get back into the swing of things, I'll feel alot better. I could use your prayers. God is good all the time!
