Plan for 4/1 - 4/7

Well, I blew through April 1 without exercise, so I'm writing down my plan for the rest of the week and going to make it happen!

Tuesday, 4/2 - 30 min run/walk emoticon
Wednesday, 4/3 - 30 min run/walk emoticon
Thursday, 4/4 - walk/hike emoticon
Friday, 4/5 - DOR - cardio boxing emoticon
Saturday, 4/6 - Run 3 miles emoticon
Sunday, 4/7 - DOR - Wii Fit 20-30 min

This will give me: ~150 minutes of exercise and at least 9 miles
