My food and exercise trackers are now "shared" and I made it through yesterday without regret. In other words, I ate right and exercised...the "magic" formula for good health. I know God's is showing himself STRONG in my weakness and encouraging me to carry on.
Tonight when I get home, I will be sorting stuff for garage sale and donation since I saw a sign outside my local non-profit thrift store saying "Donations Needed." I was in the process of doing it anyway, but their sign reminded me to get to it and stop taking so long. Tomorrow after work I will be dropping off the donations, taking in recycling, dropping off library books and returning something to the store. I'm clearly in DECLUTTER mode. Get the "clutter" off my body and get the "clutter" out of my house! I may not have much money to give to those in need, but I can certainly donate my excess and stop accumulating so much so I'll have money to give in the future!
I also got my meal planning done for the next 2 weeks so I can get a grocery list made for my Saturday grocery trip. I even got the grocery list mostly made. I'm planning for success this month.
I have a goal to lose 10 pounds during the Spring BL Challenge. We are now in week 3 and I've had a whopping .4 loss. I'm going to lose the 1.6 pounds to get back on track and then the pound from this week. Maybe not all by my Thursday weigh-in but over the course of the challenge I will definitely exceed my 10 pound (1 lb/wk) goal!
