How is your Tuesday going? Mine is ok. I am a bit frustrated that I havent lost any weight yet in about 2 1/2 weeks. Just have to be patient I guess. But it is frustrating.
Ive been looking around for a specific workout I can do on the treadmill that isnt too bad. I finally found a 45 min hiking on the treadmill.
I think this is something attainable I can do (hopefully). I guess I will try it tomorrow when I come in super early. If I can get my butt outta bed. Usually hard to do if you've worked the night before. But my gym bag is already packed and ready. So we'll see. Maybe I can do this twice a week or so.
Ive already did 15 mins on the treadmill this morning. Did 5% incline @ 3.0 for 10 mins then worked my way up to 3.3 (that is the highest Ive ever had the speed). And I did just about 3/4 of a mile. Not too bad for 15 mins. Going down again in about an hour (2pm) and I will do 15 mins at 5% incline and do 2.5 speed.
