on a roll! today i did 30 mins on the elliptical. a little slow today, usually do 3 miles in 30 mins. today was 2.75 miles in 30 mins... but i did it nonetheless! will have to take the dog for a walk later... hopefully its not as bitter cold as it is now!

    thank you! appreciate the advice! never thought about eating when i get home... usually grab another bottle of water and hit the shower immediately after logging into spark!

    You might want to add an extra stretch when you get home, depending on how fast you walk. emoticon And are you eating a protein snack after? Also have you increased your water intake? These are all things I recommend to my clients. No charge for you, of course! emoticon

    yes i walk to the workout room for my warmup...and stretch & walk home for cool down
