Set Back

Yesterday I weight -in and I had a set back I gain 3lbs. I don't know how this happen but I am not too upset about it I knew it could happen but the last two weeks been good so I am not too worried about I am just have to go back to basics and use what work for me take it from there.

    Fluctuation is normal. I'm glad you're not discouraged. Be careful how you track, both in exercise and in what you eat. I have to be careful of how much sodium I take in - it can make me "swell"!
