So today is a milestone birthday! the big 4-0. I had a plan to lose 40 pounds by my 40th birthday.... DIDN'T happen..... when I knew that wasn't going to happen I changed the plan to 20 pounds.... DIDN'T happen..... so I changed it again.... also DIDN"T happen. So after starting to read the spark book a friend let me borrow, I decided to take the April challenge and work out in the mornings. I have decided just because I didn't reach any of the goals I had set out too, wasn't going to stop me from making new goals... I was going to follow the 2 steps back, 1 step forward mentality... I have learned if you give up, the only place you will end up is further away from where you started! So my goal now is to exercise at least 5 days a week in the morning before I go to work! Just because I didn't reach my goal by my 40
th birthday doesn't mean I can't start another one. I have decided since I didn't GET healthy by 40 that now I am going to START at 40! I know I can do this!
