ahh!! a new month. i love april. it is the beginning of beautiful weather. a chance to go outside and enjoy a walk or jog in the park. take my puppy for a walk or just go on my patio and relax and read.
my goals for april:
i am on day 4 of 30 day shred. i am not doing it exactly like she says. i do it 3 days a week and alternate my couch to 5k on the other days.
1. get through my 30 day shred
2. get through my couch to5 k and be able to jog a 12 min mile
3. stay away from nighttime nibbling. breads are my main problem here
4. no sugar!!!
i want to remain active on spark boards and teams and be supportive of other members
i also want to continue to try new recipes on a weekly basis
