Healthy snacks during rough times

Hi all,
So it's that time of the month and I tend to snack rather than eat larger meals. I'm determined to stay on track but am running out of ideas for healthy snacks. I will be trying my hand at Coach Nicole's Homemade Granola recipe tomorrow. But could use some other ideas. I'm usually craving cheesey or spicey/savoury things, ideas anyone?

    roasted edamame beans w/sea salt, Sparkguy Trailmix, veggies and hummus, etc. I find that by making sure all snacks have some protein, I eat less overall.

    Green beans with a little garlic salt zap my salty cravings right in the butt! Also I find that if I am snacking, try to snack on carrot sticks or the like - a handful of almonds.. something easy to grab and go, but still healthy.

    I like to mix plain greek yogurt with ranch seasoning, it's a great dip for veggies or crackers. Another favorite of mine is stove popped popcorn, in a little oil, with a bit of sea salt. It's a great way to wrap up my night when I'm in a snacky mood.
