Lunch: Spring mix greens topped with asparagus, falafel, cous cous, mock chicken, with tzatziki sauce as dressing
2 crackers with olive cream cheese


Dinner
Pasta with spinach and Parmesan sauce, with added spinach, onions, and mushrooms
Side salad - mixed greens, broccoli, mushroom, carrots


2 rum and soda cocktails
