April is going to be a busy month, so my plan is KISS: Keep It Simple Silly.
Complete Knoxville Half Marathon on April 7th!
Work on speed to officially break the 40 minute barrier for a May 5K
Continue daily 10 minute strength & balance training with DH
Study for the English Literature Praxis II exam on May 4
Continue daily mediation after getting DS to sleep each evening
Most of the above goals are habits for me that I don't have to think about anymore. Most of them.
