I have been sort of down the last couple days not sure why. I did get in two really good work outs the last 2 days took Sunday completely off. I did not allow myself to turn to food to deal with whatever it is that is bothering me, I guess that is good I have learned one thing food is not the answer. I ve made a commitment to not eat when I am not with it. I'd rather under eat then use food to try and bring myself around.

    Your choices are good.

    I think CL Purnell's suggestion to walk is a good one.

    You'll be getting exercise, be away from food, and have time to think.

    great job. In the times feeling down get out and do something you truly enjoy. Read a book. go for a walk. Play a game anything that will let you relax and spend some quality you time!

    I hope things start looking up for you soon! You are still doing really great. It's a huge accomplishment not to self-medicate food when you are feeling down. Emotional eating really doesn't address the heart of the issue, and too much of it will just cause more problems.
