I have been sort of down the last couple days not sure why. I did get in two really good work outs the last 2 days took Sunday completely off. I did not allow myself to turn to food to deal with whatever it is that is bothering me, I guess that is good I have learned one thing food is not the answer. I ve made a commitment to not eat when I am not with it. I'd rather under eat then use food to try and bring myself around.
