Although we had pizza yesterday for dinner, I stopped at 2 slices of my side of the pizza - all veggie. I usually over-eat and do all 4 slices! But NO..I can't do that any more! Must NOT do that! So I didn't.
My calorie intake yesterday was just above the low end of what I must consume. Yea..that works for me!
