It seems everything I ate this weekend was extremely high in sodium. I know I ate in excess of my calorie range this weekend but I also know I didn't eat over 7,000 calories above my daily burn. Therefore, all of the extra pounds on the scale CAN'T be true weight gain. Time to drink lots of water to flush it all back out!
The kicker is- I really didn't even enjoy the majority of the foods I ate this weekend. I was at the mercy of eating out and eating other people's cooking all weekend. I will be so happy to be back in my kitchen and in control of my own choices and food this week! It is amazing how the things I used to eat don't taste nearly as good anymore. They taste too heavy or greasy or salty or just lacking in flavor.
