Oh Spring Break

Yes, its Spring Break this week for my kids, and that means I'm out of my routine. With work being slow and I work mostly with West Coast people, my day starts later in the morning anyway, but since I don't have to get my oldest out the door for school at 655 I'm sleeping in a bit and that has my routine all thrown off. I really don't like that.
Yesterday I think I stayed in my calorie ranges, but I suspect I'm off on what I recorded because there was an attack of the Easter candy, and although I did record what I ate, I don't think it was exact as some might have lept into my mouth without my knowledge.
I didn't work out, my left shin is so sore I just couldn't muster the gumption to exercise. I do have my first PT on 4/9 and I can confirm what cardio I can do while I heal. I do still plan to do my yoga and body pump, but I hope I can get in 2-3 days of cardio a week too.
I had a chiropractic appt this morning, so an even later start to the day, but I remembered the Rise and Shine challenge and grabbed a quick breakfast at 840 which is HOURS earlier than I usually eat (hoping to kick my metabolism in the rear!) and raced out the door. I will get in my workout after my 11 am meeting.
Now....something to do with this Easter candy that's yelling at me.....
