Alright so even though my membership says I've been a member since Feb I haven't really been using the site other then to randomly track my food until about Thursday. So yes I am offically calling this week week 1 of my journey to a new me!
This week I have set my goals for the month of April as:
- Track my water intake
- Drink 8 servings (64 oz) of water a day
- Log at least two meals a day
- Exercise 30 minutes 3 times a week - (90 min)
With these goals in mind I am hoping to keep adding to them as I progress along my path to a better me!
