Day 2 of the Skinny

Day 1 went better than I thought. The high protein food kept me full & I wasn't really hungry all day. I think the glass of water before each meal has ehlped. But, I think I need to up my fiber intake. I have some flax meal & I may be sprinkling it on some of my meals this week. I keep forgetting to do somethings...but for the most part doing pretty good. I remembered to drink the cup of water first thing in the morning...when I got up. I rushed to the kitchen to get my glass.....w/ eyes only half open ( a mess). So, I will be putting a glass of water on my nightsand.

Todays Menu:

Breakfast:

Tazo Berry Blossom Tea ( unsweetened)
Spinach Frittata
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt w/ 1 cup fresh berries

Lunch:

Chicken Hummus Wrap w/ baby kale
1/2 ear of corn on the cob


Dinner:

Grilled Shrimp
1 cup of spinach ( I need to find some more veggies)
1/2 cup baby kale

Snacks:

3 cuties oranges
2 tbs hummus w/ pretzels

    Hummus isn't bad you just have to find the right kind. They make spicy, red pepper & spinach w/ artichoke. Give it a try :-)
