Day 2

Well, I survived yesterday. I stayed in my calorie range, no sweets, no Mt. Dew, and I drank my water so all in all a good day! emoticon My problem with exercise is that my lower back ALWAYS hurts. Of course when it hurts, I don't want to exercise. emoticon So i'm like a catch 22. I'm not really worried about exercise this week. This is the week to focus on food and not worried about the other stuff.

My doctors are also changing my meds around (gained 20+ in 2 months thanks to some pills) so hopefully that will stop the rapid gain I have had. :)
