My goal is to list at least three blessings every day.

Here are today's blessings:

1. This is my last day of spring break. I will use it to exercise, relax and rejuvinate me.

2. I got both kids up and to school this morning. It is so hard yo get up after sleeping in for a week.

3. I feel relaxed.

4. I feel loved and I know that I am blessed with more than I can count.

5. Family, friends, and faith.

    1. Son's track meet for tonight has been cancelled. Yea! cause it is supposed to be in the upper 20's to lower 30's and spitting sleet.
    2. Nephew is home from surgery, but may have to go back for a feeding tube if he doesn't start eating, but so far so good.
    3. Get to spend the evening at home.

    We do this too!
    THere's a Spark Group called: Meditation and Mindfulness. One of the advantages to meditation is becoming more mindful of all of the things/events/people/ etc., that come into our lives and to be thankful for them. Gratitude journaling is easy/ or not as difficult for the mindful.
