The bunny goes down...

... but rather slowly.



This morning I was so sore from the last two days of hiking that I could hardly manage to get my butt kicked by Jillian Michaels... I did it though, even though I didn't go as deep into the moves as I used to. Tomorrow we'll start with week 4... time does fly. I haven't lost too many cm though, which is a bit disappointing. I thought surely, with all that exercise surely I would be able to measure a difference... but only about 1cm less at hip and weist than at the beginning... ou well.. better keep on doing it than not doing anythinga t all, right????

    I don't know. I read a lot about the importance of no-training/cardio days. Apparently it works like extra sleep allowing your body to devote energy to cell/muscle renewal. I just hope you aren't pushing yourself too hard!
