Monday - Turbo Fire (Week 6, Day 1 5K to 10K)
I took the day off from work and went to a museum with my Mom, Dad, and Sister. We went to see a Pirate Exhibit that they had there. They had local people acting as the pirates and my cousin was one of them which made it more exciting. After I got home from this I got this workout in. I did Turbo Fire HIIT 20 and Turbo Fire Tone 30. I can definitely feel the Tone workout especially in my butt.
I didn't track my food yesterday, so I don't know where I was at with being in my ranges or not.
I didn't count my water, but I'm pretty sure that I got my 8 glasses in at least.
Day 1 of 1 for the week for workouts!
